Hospital Savings Program

Savings: 10-40% off of our Providers’ Usual and Customary Charges
The Hospital Savings Program is NOT insurance. It is designed for
pre-scheduled hospitalizations. It is not designed for emergency
or urgent treatment. This Program saves members money on
pre-scheduled hospitalization provided they are capable of making
their discount payment in full, prior to receiving their
services. There are no restrictions, no limits on savings, no
pre-existing condition limitations and no waiting periods.
Our Hospital Referral Network is one of the largest hospital
networks in the country, including some of the finest facilities
in the U.S. In some cases, hospitals have agreed to package rates
for certain procedures and savings of 10-40% are possible.
Depending on the procedure and the particular hospital, savings
can be quite significant. If you know that you or a loved one
requires a hospital stay, we'll work with you to find the
hospital that offers the greatest savings. Members must
pre-qualify for all hospital and facility services (except for
hospital emergency room visits) through our Administrator prior
to admittance.
Members must be willing and able to pay for their hospital or
facility bill, in full, prior to receiving services, and place a
minimum deposit of $1,000 with the hospital. A Member Services
Representative will assist in obtaining an estimate of fees for
the proposed procedure(s). This estimate of fees is just for the
facility charges; bills from physicians are not included.
In order to be eligible for savings, Members must:

Call several days in advance (at least 5 business days)

Demonstrate an ability to pay the entire negotiated rate at
the time of service

Place a minimum deposit of $1,000 with the hospital

Use a network hospital

In order to demonstrate that a member meets the financial
qualifications for the reduced rate, she/he must:

Have available credit on a credit card, or
-
Provide verification from his/her bank that adequate funds
are available.

The Hospital Savings Program is a separate and distinct Benefit
from our Physician Referral and Outpatient Facility Program.
Members receive similar hospital savings to those given to HMOs,
Health Insurance companies and large self-insured corporate
groups.
We have the experience that counts in achieving network savings
and providing exceptional member and client services.
NOTE: An attempt will be made to negotiate a reduced rate for
members who need to seek urgent/emergency care, as in the case of
emergency room visits or emergency hospital admissions.

intended to replace insurance.
