Dentists have told Sarah Spokely that her insight teeth are coming in and she must have had them out months ago.
Because Sarah has no insurance and a limited credit history, she could not find a dental surgeon that would allow to her make payments.
Sarah describes her pain as throbbing, says it is causing migraine headaches, and forces her to misplace sleep at night.
"I don not want to live in pain," said spokely. "It is hard. I am in tears sometimes because of it. I do not like it."
Americans for health care says about 26 percent of Nebraskans have no health insurance.
They are hoping state and U.S. politicians would help to improve insurance crossways the country.
